Website Retainer Terms

Services Provided

Website CMS maintenance, Security and malware protection, plugin and theme updates, website backups, disaster recovery, website monitoring, staging environments for testing plus 1 hour website development time.

Development time can include;
• Design
• Development & Customisation
• Product Support
• Troubleshooting
• Bug Fixing Tasks outside of the development time included in this retainer would be subject to an additional fee.

Term and Termination

This agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.
Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for a material breach by the other party.

Client Responsibilities

The Client shall provide Fuze Agency LTD with all necessary access, materials, and information required to perform the services.
The Client shall cooperate in a timely manner to facilitate the completion of the services.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the website, including but not limited to design, code, and content, shall remain the property of The Client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information obtained under this agreement confidential.

Limitation of Liability

Fuze Agency LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

Amendments

This agreement may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.
