As part of our SEO retainer, you will benefit from;
Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor website performance and provide monthly reports detailing keyword rankings, traffic metrics, and SEO progress.
Dedicated account manager: Your point of call for clear and constant communications in relation to the SEO work being undertaken.
OWNERSHIP AND ACCESS
Ownership of SEO Work All SEO work, including but not limited to keyword research, content creation, link building, and optimization strategies, shall remain the property of the Fuze Agency LTD unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Access to Client's Website
The Client shall provide the Fuze with access to its website, hosting, and other necessary platforms to perform the Services. The Client is responsible for ensuring that access credentials are kept confidential and secure.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information received during the term of the Contract.
TERMINATION
Either Party may terminate the Contract upon written notice if the other Party breaches any material term or condition of the Contract and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of receiving written notice.
WARRANTIES
Fuze Agency LTD warrants that it will perform the Services in a professional manner. However, no specific results are guaranteed.
INDEMNIFICATION
The Client shall indemnify and hold Fuze Agency LTD harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use of the SEO work performed under the Contract.
GOVERNING LAW
The Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
