PPC Service Terms
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Although tracking installation and setup on your website is your responsibility, our technical team is available to support you once the required access is provided. You are responsible for the performance of your website, which will affect the number of conversions and sales that can be achieved. Provide any access to relevant platforms requested by our team. Prevent delays, whether it be access / giving approval / attending appointments, as delays can hinder results and service payments will remain continuous.
OWNERSHIP AND ACCESS
All PPC accounts, campaigns, ad creatives, and associated data created or managed by the Fuze Agency LTD "The Agency" on behalf of the Client shall remain the property of the Client. The Agency will provide the Client with access to these accounts upon request.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the Contract.
WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
The Agency warrants that it will perform the services in a professional manner.
The Client acknowledges that the results of PPC campaigns may vary, and the Agency does not guarantee specific outcomes or levels of success.
INDEMNIFICATION
The Client shall indemnify and hold the Agency harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the Client's products or services.
TERMINATION
Either Party may terminate the Contract upon written notice if the other Party breaches any material term or condition of the Contract and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of receiving written notice.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The Contract contains the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
GOVERNING LAW
The Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
