Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the Contract.

Compliance with Laws

The Service Provider commits to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in the delivery of their services, especially those related to digital advertising and data privacy.

Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

The Client retains all rights to their original content and materials. The Service Provider has the right to use the Client's social media platforms strictly for the services outlined in this Contract.

Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider's liability is confined to the services provided under this Contract.

INDEMNIFICATION

The Client shall indemnify and hold the Agency harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the Client's products or services.

TERMINATION

Either Party may terminate the Contract upon written notice if the other Party breaches any material term or condition of the Contract and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of receiving written notice.

Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.
