Rugby Box initially approached FUZE to discuss their unique product, the world’s only subscription box for rugby players.
Rugby Box is a subscription based business, so the initial requirements were two fold: create a simple user journey: one that quickly explains what the rugby box product is and how it works, and facilitate a payment process that is fast and efficient - for business and customers.

Solutions
The first phase of the project focused on building a custom website that would allow users to quickly navigate the site and register for a subscription. This was achieved with the use of a simple navigation, a clear user journey and content that explains the concept quickly.
For payment, the team worked on a Stripe checkout integration to deliver a powerful ecommerce solution which is robust and scalable with the demands of the business.

Results
Rugby Box has gone from strength to strength over the past year, which has also seen an exciting shift in the business model. With growth in the number of subscriptions, and an increase in the level of stock held to fulfil orders, the decision was made to launch an online shop. This enabled the business to be more reactive to the needs of their customers and trends in the market. Subsequently, the online shop, which is a shopify theme development & management project, is now a significant revenue driver for the business. Watch this space as the brand continues to expand and establish itself as an up-and-coming rugby retailer.
