Oakheart Property approached FUZE as a startup. With a background in Estate Agency, they had the industry knowledge to launch the business, but they needed help strategically and commercially to really get things off the ground.
We worked with the team at Oakheart to develop a brand that was true to their core values of wisdom, knowledge and loyalty. Building the foundations around the mighty Oak, we chose a colour palette of forest green and gold, to deliver a traditional yet modern finish that we knew would translate well across online and offline channels - including print.

We built a website that was both functional and aesthetic, allowing prospective buyers to quickly and easily find properties and property details on the site with ease.
With home buyers in mind, the development team also worked on integrations and tools to add additional value to the end user. This included connecting the site to Alto Property Management for automatic updates to property listings, the addition of google maps for better location mapping, and mortgage and stamp duty calculators for quick estimates on borrowing, repayments and buyer fees.

With the strong branding and website in place, attention turned to making sure Oakheart Property was visible in a very competitive market. The business needed to raise their profile quickly, building brand awareness in the local area.
Setting the FUZE creative and performance teams to work, we implemented a number of paid campaigns targeting local residents looking to put down roots in Colchester.
Combining paid campaigns across Google and Facebook, with offline campaigns incorporating billboard advertising, newspaper ads, local magazine publications, and A5 leaflet drops, Oakheart has quickly established itself as the agency to watch in Essex - with offices in Langham, Prettygate, and Sudbury.
