Mercy Delta is a luxury womenswear label offering statement silk screen printed garments. With a well-established brand sold in high-street stores such as John Lewis, Mercy Delta spoke to FUZE to discuss how they could grow their business beyond retail - to attract a bigger D2C audience online.

Being based just two-doors down from FUZE HQ, it wasn’t long before we were able to build a relationship with this premium fashion brand. Mercy Delta approached us to design and build a fresh new multifunctional site. 

Having had tremendous success in traditional high-street retailers up and down the country, they wanted to sell more directly to their existing customers, but needed a user-friendly website and solid e-commerce platform to do so.

Their old WordPress WooCommerce website was dated and in need of some TLC. The new bespoke e-commerce platform we designed and built for them has a fresh, simple, clean design that lets the products shine, has an easy to manage admin area and a streamlined payment gateway.

Results

The site is built with future-proofing in mind as the business continues to grow. With a new wholesale ordering area and the addition of Klarna retail finance coming soon, we’re expecting big things for this boutique fashion brand. 

The business has successfully navigated a tricky 18-months of Covid to grow their D2C business. As this side of the business grows, so does Mercy Delta's appetite for exploring new avenues of growth. Next up, we'll be lighting the FUZE on a new marketing strategy to help the brand continue their ambitious growth online.
